In his new role, he will work with President Brad Betz and other company executives to implement Betco’s strategic vision and values, as well as lead the Operations Team, consisting of sourcing, human resources, quality, customer service, inventory, safety, and plant operations.ĭoug joins Betco after over 30 years of experience at a chemical company and most recently leading a biotechnology manufacturing company.
